Clothing Layers
- Base: 2–3 quick-dry tees, 1 thermal set
- Mid: fleece/down jacket, light sweater
- Shell: waterproof breathable jacket and pants
- Bottoms: 2 trekking pants, 1 warm track pant for camp
- Accessories: beanie, buff, liner gloves + waterproof gloves
Footwear
- Waterproof trekking shoes with ankle support
- 2–3 pairs wool socks + 1 pair liners
- Gaiters for snow/monsoon
Health & Misc
- Personal medicines, blister kit, ORS
- Sunscreen SPF 50+, lip balm, compact towel
